I am Ruslana. I am doing an exchange in Cyprus. In the city of Nicosia. In a local yoga school.
I work as a trainer and for me participation in this program was the best decision. I still can’t believe that I am here. I practice yoga – this is new knowledge for me. I study new styles, meet new people in classes. We have common interests on topics regarding training, healthy lifestyle, thinking.
I took part in this project with only one goal – to study. I know that in the world you can lose everything except your knowledge.
I find it incredibly interesting to do this. Because I get colossal experience – I learn new things, and also learn and practice a new language )
I am sure this experience will not be in vain, I will be able not only to work in new areas of group programs, but also to teach them to a larger audience – English-speaking
When I arrived in Cyprus it was the holiday season (August) and I was very scared because there were no people on the streets. I was alone everywhere. I
couldn’t ask anyone anything. I felt uneasy and a little sad. But the adaptation period passed like a holiday and I realized that everything was fine. As in every country there are some peculiarities here, but it takes time to get to know them and get used to them.
Now I feel comfortable, I have made new friends, people here are very friendly)
And of course, what helped me cope with stress was what I spent most of my time doing – my yoga classes)))
I also believe that thanks to my training here, professionally, I will reach a new level.
I will be able to not only share with my clients new practices new teaching methods news. In yoga But also I will be able to bring my clients here to Cyprus in the future
We can organize a yoga trip visiting the sights of this island And practice yoga in the studio where I practiced it.
Whatever this experience, these memories, this learning, it will stay with me for the rest of my life.
But fate gave me another surprise and reminded me of this project, then I decided to write. And to clarify about participation in it.
Now I understand that Accidents are not accidental
