My name is Paulina and I am originally from Poland. I graduated with a degree in management and marketing. My interests lie at the intersection of business development, digital marketing and e-commerce.
I already have first experience with social media and some marketing activities, but I want to expand my knowledge of online sales. I am keen to develop my skills in operating online sales platforms and marketing on them, as well as analysing and drawing conclusions. I want to base my business idea on a solid foundation of online marketing, find client and sell tour tickets through the website. When working with Mein Wasserfilter, I want to focus on analysing activities, improving SEO, creating reports e.g. from Google Analytics and drawing appropriate conclusions to improve the effectiveness.
My decision to participate in the EYE program stems from my strong curiosity about how businesses operate in different countries. I want to learn in practice how companies manage their teams, create offers and implement online sales strategies. I also see this as a fantastic opportunity to immerse myself in a new environment, broaden my perspectives and develop skills that I may not have had the chance to discover in my home country.
I am keen to further my knowledge in these areas, as I find the integration of technology and business both fascinating and necessary in today’s market.

I believe that this experience will contribute significantly to my professional development. My goal is to gain new skills in managing online sales platforms, such as own website or Shopify for example, and to expand my knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and data-driven decision making. Learning how to create reports and draw practical conclusions from analytics is a priority for me, as these skills are crucial to improving online business performance and theoretical knowledge from university is not enough.
On a personal level, this experience is somewhat of an exciting challenge for me to adapt to a new culture and work environment, which I hope will translate into improving my problem-solving and communication skills. By observing and at the same time having the opportunity to participate in the life of a company that is already stable in the market, I can learn valuable lessons. I also appreciate the opportunity to be part of a team and test my ideas and the openness of the host to talk about my business idea. I think this kind of mutual support is the best form of cooperation and allows to get not only better results but also more confidence in taking action.
