My name is Nicole Helena Mooiman, and I am an emerging entrepreneur, facilitator, and organisational psychology student at the University of Amsterdam, specialising in organisational psychology (2021–2027). My academic path is complemented by extensive non-formal education in regenerative leadership, systems change, facilitation, and wellbeing, including Theory U (MIT), Gaia Education, Nonviolent Communication, Deep Transformation, and breathwork facilitation.

My professional interests lie at the intersection of organisational transformation, wellbeing, sustainability, and regenerative business models. I am deeply passionate about supporting organisations in navigating internal challenges—such as misalignment, ineffective communication, and disengagement—while responding meaningfully to external pressures related to climate responsibility, social impact, and cultural change.
Alongside my studies, I have worked as an international project manager, facilitator, grant writer, and trainee consultant in awareness-based innovation, contributing to projects across the Netherlands and Europe. I am actively involved in initiatives such as RAIN Collective and other international Erasmus+ projects, where I focus on group processes, participatory governance, and systemic change. My work is informed not only by strategy and psychology, but also by storytelling, embodiment, and deep ecological awareness.

Why I Decided to Participate in Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE)
I decided to participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme because it offers a rare opportunity to combine entrepreneurial learning, international experience, and social impact in a practical and embodied way.
My motivation is driven by:
A strong desire to learn directly from an experienced social and regenerative entrepreneur, beyond theoretical frameworks.

My previous positive experiences in Erasmus+ exchanges and trainings, which showed me the transformative power of learning in international, intercultural environments.

A clear intention to develop my own consultancy and facilitation-based business, with a solid, realistic, and scalable foundation.

Curiosity and commitment to understanding how regenerative and human-centred business models function across different European contexts.

The EYE programme aligns perfectly with my values and long-term vision: to build a business that contributes to alignment, wellbeing, and regeneration—within organisations and beyond them.

Contribution to My Human and Professional Growth
I believe this experience will have a profound impact on both my personal development and professional trajectory.
Professionally, working closely with a Host Entrepreneur will allow me to:
Gain hands-on entrepreneurial insight into business operations, financial management, client relationships, and strategic decision-making.

Refine my business model by distilling my offerings to their core value and learning how to position them clearly in the market.

Develop a deeper understanding of European markets, governance cultures, and sustainability practices, and translate these insights to the Dutch context.

Strengthen my leadership and management skills through observation, feedback, and real-life challenges.

Humanly, the experience will:
Expand my cross-cultural competence, adaptability, and empathy through immersion in a different social and professional environment.

Deepen my capacity for self-leadership, reflection, and resilience, which I consider essential qualities for conscious entrepreneurship.

Support my growth as a facilitator and space-holder by learning from living examples of participatory decision-making, collective intelligence, and regenerative cultures.

During my stay, I aim to connect with and learn from networks such as Oasis, La Passage, the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN Europe), and Gaia Education, which embody innovative approaches to governance, sustainability, and community-based entrepreneurship. These experiences will directly inform and enrich my consultancy services, training programmes, and long-term vision.
