Two weeks have passed since the beginning of my experience with the Eye program in Spain, and I can already see how much this adventure is enriching my journey. I decided to participate in this entrepreneurial exchange because I wanted to challenge myself in a new environment, in a country different from Italy, engage with experienced professionals in the industry, and learn firsthand what it means to develop and manage a business.
In recent years, I have worked in SEO and digital marketing within a corporate setting, learning how companies can enhance their online presence and reach a broader audience. This allowed me to build a solid foundation in the field, but I felt the need to expand my skills, grow my professional network, and gain a deeper understanding of what it truly means to run a business in its entirety.
When I discovered the Eye program, I immediately realized it could be the perfect opportunity to acquire new competencies and broaden my perspective.
From the very first days, the exchange with my host has been highly stimulating. Working closely with someone who has industry experience is giving me the opportunity to observe decision-making processes, understand the strategies used to grow a business, and learn how to navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship. Every day, I gain new insights—ranging from work organization to managing professional relationships, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
