I have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Philology and a Master’s degree in Romance Studies at the University of Wrocław, with a specialization in translation and teaching. During my studies, I developed strong linguistic and intercultural communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of how languages function in different contexts.

My main interests are translation and language mediation in all its forms, especially legal and marketing translation. I am particularly fascinated by the process of transferring meaning from one language to another in a way that is not only accurate, but also culturally appropriate and effective. I am passionate about languages and about helping others by making information accessible across linguistic barriers. My long-term goal is to become a professional translator working in this field internationally.

I decided to participate in the EYE programme because I have always dreamed of gaining professional experience abroad. I see it as a unique opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, meet people from different backgrounds, and gain a better understanding of how international environments work in practice. I am also motivated by the idea that this experience could help me develop my own professional path and expand my future work into foreign markets.

I believe that this experience will significantly contribute to both my personal and professional growth. On a personal level, it will help me become more independent, open-minded, and confident in international settings. Professionally, it will allow me to improve my communication skills, gain valuable insights into working in an international environment, and better prepare for a career as a translator working across different cultures and markets. I also believe it will help me build a stronger understanding of how to operate in a professional, international context, and support my future development towards working independently as a freelance translator and possibly developing my own client base in the future.
