My name is Martyna Bujak, and I hold a master’s degree from the University of Physical Education in Katowice. For several years, my professional life has been closely connected to seasonal sports – during winter, I work as a ski instructor, and in summer, as a kitesurfing instructor. This kind of work allows me to combine an active lifestyle with traveling and continuously developing myself in various environments, which I find very fulfilling.
Sport is not only my job but, above all, my true passion. I genuinely enjoy staying active, discovering new places, and meeting new people. I also find great joy in inspiring others to engage in physical activity and embrace an active lifestyle. I am particularly interested in sports tourism, as it perfectly combines relaxation, physical movement, and the opportunity to explore beautiful natural surroundings. Additionally, I have become increasingly fascinated by the organizational aspects of this activity – such as planning trips, maintaining effective communication with clients, and handling logistics efficiently.

I learned about the EYE program while searching online for opportunities to enhance my entrepreneurial skills. The idea of learning directly from an experienced entrepreneur in real-life business conditions really attracted me. Moreover, someone from my sports community mentioned a similar project, which further convinced me that participating would be a valuable and worthwhile experience.
Participating in the EYE program has proven to be an incredibly valuable experience for me, both professionally and personally. It gives me the opportunity to gain practical knowledge about running a business in the sports tourism industry, as well as learn new approaches and solutions that I can apply in my own projects in the future. I am also developing important soft skills, meeting new people from different backgrounds, and immersing myself in a different culture. Furthermore, I wanted to deepen my language skills – I am learning Italian, and daily contact with the language in a natural environment provides me with a fantastic opportunity to improve.
