My name is Magda, and I am a freelance photographer and social media manager with a strong passion for visual storytelling, women’s portraiture, and digital communication. I have continually nurtured my professional path by combining creative expression with strategic digital skills. Throughout my academic journey, I was particularly drawn to subjects that explored visual culture, multimedia communication, and the role of social media in shaping personal and brand identities.

My interests lie at the intersection of photography, fashion, and female empowerment. I specialize in photographing women, with a particular focus on capturing authentic expressions of confidence, vulnerability, and strength. My work is guided by a desire to tell meaningful stories through imagery, often reflecting themes of identity, self-expression, and transformation. Alongside photography, I manage social media for individuals and small businesses, helping them build a cohesive and compelling online presence through content creation, branding strategies, and digital storytelling.

I decided to participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) program because of a blend of curiosity and a desire for growth. A turning point was my previous participation in the program in Sicily, which was a deeply enriching experience—both professionally and personally. That first experience sparked a strong connection to the region and its creative community, and it inspired me to return and deepen the relationships and knowledge I began cultivating there. I was also influenced by other creatives who had shared positive stories about the EYE program, highlighting the opportunities it offered in terms of networking, collaboration, and exposure to different working cultures.

This experience represents a unique opportunity for my development. On a professional level, it allows me to collaborate with more established entrepreneurs and studios, learn new techniques, and observe how different markets approach visual production and digital media. I hope to further refine my artistic style, expand my portfolio, and gain insights into running a successful creative business in an international context. On a human level, the experience of living and working abroad challenges me to step out of my comfort zone, embrace new perspectives, and build connections with people from diverse backgrounds.

In the long term, I believe this journey will not only enrich my skills but also enhance my adaptability, resilience, and cultural sensitivity—qualities that are essential in today’s global creative industries. Ultimately, EYE gives me the opportunity to grow as a creative professional and as an individual, while continuing to pursue the values and passions that guide my work.
