My name is Katarzyna Matysiak, and I am a curious, open-minded, and motivated young person with a strong interest in languages, international cooperation, and cultural exchange. I enjoy learning foreign languages, travelling, and meeting people from different countries, as I believe that every new culture and experience helps us grow both personally and professionally.
My interests are concentrated in the fields of education, communication, and international mobility. I am particularly fascinated by how people from different backgrounds can work together, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. This is one of the reasons why I am interested in educational and mobility projects that bring together participants from different countries and cultures. I am currently gaining practical experience in an organization involved in international educational and mobility projects, where I have the opportunity to learn about project coordination, communication with partners, and the daily operations behind international activities.
This experience has strengthened my interest in this sector and motivated me to continue developing my skills. I decided to participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme because I see it as a unique opportunity to learn directly from an experienced entrepreneur, discover new ways of working, and gain practical knowledge that cannot be acquired through studies alone. I am also excited about the possibility of living and working in an international environment, building professional connections, and learning from people with different perspectives and experiences.
I believe this experience will contribute significantly to my personal and professional development. It will help me become more independent, confident, and adaptable, while also improving my communication, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills.
