My name is Francesco Chiariotti and I come from Italy. I studied graphic design and visual communication, developing a strong interest in branding, editorial design and digital experiences. Over the years I have worked on different creative projects ranging from visual identities and websites to portfolio design and communication materials for cultural and fashion-related contexts. Alongside design, I also developed basic front-end skills in HTML and CSS, which helped me better understand the relationship between aesthetics, usability and digital interaction.

What interests me most is the possibility of building visual narratives capable of transmitting atmosphere, identity and emotion. I am particularly attracted to creative environments where design, art, fashion and culture intersect. In recent years I have focused a lot on branding and web design, especially within projects connected to fashion, hospitality and contemporary visual culture. I enjoy researching references from cinema, photography, architecture and craftsmanship, and translating them into coherent visual systems. At the same time, I am interested in how communication can create bridges between different cultures and ways of thinking.

One of my main goals at the moment is to continue growing within an international and stimulating environment. For this reason, I have been looking for opportunities abroad, especially in creative studios and multidisciplinary teams where I can confront new perspectives and working methods. Living and working in another country represents, for me, not only a professional ambition but also a personal necessity to expand my vision and challenge myself outside of my comfort zone.

I decided to participate in EYE mainly because of my curiosity and my desire to meet people coming from different countries, backgrounds and disciplines. I see this experience as an opportunity to exchange ideas, discover new ways of thinking and better understand the challenges and aspirations shared by young Europeans today. I am also very interested in the international dimension of the project: being able to spend time in a multicultural environment, discussing social, cultural and professional topics with other young people, is something I consider extremely valuable.

Another reason why I applied is that I strongly believe experiences like EYE can have a concrete impact on personal growth. Beyond the educational aspect, I think participating in such an event helps develop openness, adaptability and communication skills. Meeting people with different experiences and viewpoints pushes you to reconsider your own ideas and become more aware of the broader European context in which we live.

From a professional point of view, I believe EYE could help me strengthen both my confidence and my ability to collaborate within international environments. As someone interested in creative industries and communication, I think it is essential to learn how to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds and understand diverse approaches to problem solving and teamwork. I am convinced that this experience would inspire me creatively, enrich my perspective and motivate me even more in pursuing a path connected to design, culture and international collaboration.

Most importantly, I see EYE as an experience capable of leaving a long-term impact not only on my professional development, but also on the way I relate to others, approach new situations and imagine my future within a broader European community.
