My name is Fabio, and I am a video editor and videographer with extensive experience in content creation and visual storytelling. I have a passion for creativity and have dedicated myself to developing strong skills in both the technical and artistic sides of video production. Over the past few years, I have worked across various video genres, including corporate content, social media, interviews, and promotional advertising. With three years of hands-on experience in these areas, I have gained a solid foundation in the workflow and requirements of each project type, adapting my approach to meet the unique demands of each context.
My education and work have also taken me beyond Italy, where I am from, to projects abroad, allowing me to develop a proficiency in English, certified at the B2 level, and to create engaging content for international audiences. I have built a diverse skill set, including proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Photoshop, as well as foundational knowledge in software like OBS and After Effects. My experience working with organizations such as Talent Garden and TEDxUNICATT has exposed me to different areas within the video production industry, enhancing my skills in everything from filming and editing to post-production. Additionally, I have experience with video streaming and live content creation, which adds another dimension to my work.
Through these varied experiences, I’ve developed a passion for creating visual content that communicates effectively and leaves a memorable impact. I am always looking to improve and expand my skills, both technically and creatively. On a personal level, I am deeply inspired by new cultures and enjoy gaining new perspectives, which I believe adds depth and a unique edge to my work as I seek to reflect universal themes in my videos.
The primary motivation behind my decision to join the EYE program is my desire for an immersive international experience. I am eager to explore different professional environments and gain insights into diverse business practices, which I know will significantly broaden my skill set and enrich my professional growth. The idea of learning directly from experienced entrepreneurs abroad has always intrigued me, as I see it as an invaluable opportunity to learn new methods and approaches that may be uncommon in Italy. Another major influence was the experience shared by colleagues and friends who previously participated in the EYE program. Hearing about their experiences with professional growth, networking opportunities, and exposure to new perspectives strongly influenced my decision.
