I am Elena and have a Literature, Linguistics and Digital Humanities background. What I am today, is not merely the result of my studies, but of all the learnings and experience that I had the luck and the curiosity to do. Given the complexity of our world, I think any context should be approached with a systemic outlook. I work in the cultural and creative sector bridging research, consultancy and production. About one year ago, I discovered Futures Literacy and I am now working toward creating my services to facilitate the spreading of these powerful skills. I am a really curious person and one of my talents is to see the big picture intuitively, the dots come together naturally for me. Why do I mention this? Because I consider beautiful to listen to understand our core attitudes and find where we can give a great contribution to this planet by making the best out of our own nature and desires.
I decided to participate in EYE as a great opportunity to spend some months abroad approaching a new context with novelty and to have the opportunity to be mentored by an entrepreneur with an intent tailored to my growth mission.
I am now getting first-hand experience in a business that works in my field of interest and I am happy to be in an environment that resembles many of my values and in which I can thrive.
Since the first few weeks, the relationship with the host has been based on exchange, trust, adaptiveness and enthusiasm. The company I am working with as a flat hierarchic and as a think tank, the voices of every being are taken into account with respect, kindness and openness.
The experience that I am growing my professional confidence to be successful in creating my own business as a woman coming from the province of Southern Europe, who has grown in a family professionally invested in the public sector.
