I am a legal and tax professional with an international background, combining academic training and practical experience across several jurisdictions, particularly Spain, Italy, and Mexico. I originally trained in law in Mexico, where I developed a strong foundation in legal reasoning and regulatory systems. Over time, I expanded my academic path in Europe, pursuing advanced legal studies in Italy and Spain, including doctoral research focused on comparative tax law. This international academic trajectory has allowed me to understand not only different legal systems, but also the cultural and economic contexts in which they operate.
Professionally, I specialize in international taxation, corporate structuring, and cross-border advisory. My work lies at the intersection of law and accounting, advising companies and entrepreneurs on issues such as VAT (IVA), corporate tax, and international compliance. I am particularly interested in the challenges that arise when businesses expand beyond their domestic markets, especially in relation to tax optimization, regulatory risks, and strategic structuring. In this sense, my passions are concentrated in the fields of international taxation, legal innovation, and economic globalization, with a strong focus on helping companies grow in a legally sound and efficient manner.
Beyond my technical work, I have a deep interest in entrepreneurship and the development of international business networks. I am motivated by environments where ideas, cultures, and professional practices intersect, as I believe that innovation often arises from this kind of exchange. I am also passionate about academic research, particularly in comparative law, as it allows me to analyze how different countries address similar legal challenges and to identify best practices that can be applied in a global context.

My decision to participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) program is driven by several factors. First and foremost, I have a strong desire to further consolidate my international profile by gaining practical experience in a different professional environment. While I already work in cross-border contexts, I believe that physically integrating into a foreign legal practice offers a much deeper understanding than remote collaboration alone. Additionally, my curiosity about how legal and tax advisory is carried out in Italy—particularly in a local law firm setting—has been a key motivation.
At the same time, I see this experience as an opportunity to build meaningful professional relationships and to exchange knowledge with experienced practitioners. The decision was also influenced by my long-term objective of establishing and expanding my professional activity in Italy, making this program a strategic step in that direction. More than a simple mobility experience, I consider EYE as a platform for integration into a new professional ecosystem.
I am convinced that this experience will contribute significantly to both my human and professional growth. On a professional level, it will allow me to gain first-hand insight into the Italian legal and tax system in practice, improve my ability to handle cross-border matters, and refine my advisory skills in an international setting. It will also help me develop a more nuanced understanding of client needs in different jurisdictions, which is essential in my field.
On a personal level, living and working in a different country always implies adaptation, openness, and resilience. I believe that this experience will strengthen my ability to navigate cultural differences, communicate effectively in multilingual environments, and build trust in diverse professional contexts. Ultimately, I see EYE not only as a learning opportunity, but as a transformative experience that will shape my career path and reinforce my commitment to working in an international and dynamic environment.
