Good evening, the report of my first two weeks. These first 2 weeks of work were very constructive both at work level and in terms of personal growth. I got to know the entrepreneur who agreed to take me to work with her. It struck me right away as a person because he knows how to work within the business.
From the beginning she was very clear about the type of tasks that must be carried out within her business, explaining to me every day that she supported me, step by step everything we did, starting immediately from the approach that must be had with the various customers and how to manage each type of request on their part, whether we are talking about a compliment for the service or for a complaint. After that we moved on to the practical part, where I had the opportunity to manage the income and exits (Check-in and Check-out) of the various customers from their respective homes, and where I immediately put in place the skills that had been given to me previously and where I did not encounter any kind of problem.
Basically it was 2 weeks of continuous learning, I am satisfied with the work we have done so far and that I hope will continue to be so. I wish you a good evening.
