My name is Claudia Capuano, and my educational and personal background is rooted in the intersection between the study of language and musical practice. I attended university studies in the field of languages and literature at the University Federico II of Naples, a path that allowed me to explore the cultural, social and educational value of literary texts and language. At the same time, I cultivated my passion for music through the study of modern singing and my experience as a chorister in the Coro Giovanile del Teatro San Carlo, developing a strong sensitivity towards the collective and inclusive dimension of art.

My interests focus on the fusion of music and literature, cultural accessibility, and the role of art as a tool for individual growth and community building. From these passions was born Mousiké – L’insieme delle Arti, a project conceived as an independent bookshop and cultural centre with a Literary Choral Laboratory, designed to create a lively, inclusive and participatory space in the neighbourhood of San Giovanni a Teduccio, in Naples.
I decided to take part in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme driven by the desire to engage with an international entrepreneurial environment and to acquire practical skills that are essential for the concrete development of my project. EYE represents a valuable opportunity for me to closely observe the management of a cultural initiative and to strengthen the economic and organisational sustainability of Mousiké. A central role in this choice was also played by the meeting with my Host Entrepreneur, Cecilia, an extremely competent and inspiring woman, from whom I am learning a great deal not only thanks to her professional and working approach, but also because of the way she approaches life and daily challenges with passion, vision and humanity.

I believe that this experience can contribute significantly to my personal and professional growth. On a personal level, the exchange with Cecilia and the international context of the project are already helping me to develop greater awareness, independence and open-mindedness. From a professional perspective, I expect to consolidate skills related to planning, cultural project management and the creation of collaborative networks. Already in the first days of the exchange, I have had the opportunity to observe valuable practices and approaches, which I consider a strong source of inspiration for my future entrepreneurial path and for the realisation of Mousiké.
