As someone new to entrepreneurship, I quickly realized the need for guidance and supervision to achieve my goals. When I discovered the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to gain the support I needed. After many enriching conversations with Eleonora, I became convinced that her experience and company could provide the mentorship I was seeking.
So, on November 17th, I headed to Brussels, leaving behind the beautiful southern French sunshine to discover our Belgian neighbors, the land of waffles and fries.
Leaving your home country and returning only six months later is never easy. However, I was fortunate to be reassured from the very start by Eleonora, both through her personal warmth and her professional expertise.
The first week was a real moment of discovery and exchange. We took the time to get to know each other, explore our respective backgrounds, and understand what drives us. This week allowed us to better understand our personal and professional visions, as well as compare our ideas on the challenges in the tourism and accessibility sectors. It was an opportunity to discuss the values we hold dear, such as inclusion, solidarity, and the importance of making travel accessible to everyone. Above all, we were able to deepen our understanding of Eleonora’s company vision. I learned about the company’s long-term goals and how every decision and project aligns with the real needs of the market.

During the second week, we went into the field, accompanying individuals to better understand their needs and assess the services we could offer. There’s no better way to gain insight than through direct experience. This hands-on approach allowed us to observe challenges firsthand and plan the upcoming missions and schedules for the months ahead.
I believe that this experience will contribute significantly to my professional development. It’s an exciting challenge, pushing me to adapt to a new culture and work environment, which I’m confident will help me grow.
On a personal level, I feel truly blessed to have found people who share the same values as I do. Working in the field of tourism and disability has often made me feel alone, but thanks to Eleonora, I have regained my confidence and found a family of entrepreneurs who share the same convictions and fight. More than just finding a mentor, I’ve also found a friend in Eleonora, someone who truly understands and supports my mission, making this journey all the more meaningful.
