I am an architect and urban designer with a strong international background in both academic and professional settings. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, during which I pursued exchange studies and internships abroad, immersing myself in diverse cultural and design environments. This experience solidified my interest in exploring how architecture and urban design can be leveraged to address social and environmental challenges.

Pursuing a Master’s degree in Sweden further expanded my perspective, particularly through a focus on integrating digital tools and urban research in design processes. I have become increasingly passionate about bridging urban research and design through innovative tools that can enhance data-driven decision-making in architecture. This intersection of design, technology, and entrepreneurship is where I aspire to make a meaningful impact, and it is the focus of the business concept I am currently developing.

My decision to apply for the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program stems from a desire to deepen my understanding of entrepreneurship while gaining practical experience in a different cultural and business context. The idea of learning directly from an experienced entrepreneur who is actively engaged in a relevant field is particularly compelling. I have heard positive feedback from colleagues who have participated in the program, emphasizing how the experience expanded their networks and provided invaluable business insights.

Additionally, having previously studied and worked in different countries, I know how transformative it can be to adapt to new environments. The opportunity to further internationalize my network and gain fresh perspectives is essential, as my business concept has strong potential for application in various markets. Engaging with local professionals, attending events, and observing how businesses operate in a foreign setting would not only broaden my perspective but also help me identify potential collaborators and refine my business strategy.

I believe this experience will significantly contribute to my entrepreneurial development by providing practical exposure to the day-to-day realities of running a business. Beyond learning specific skills like client management, financial planning, and strategic growth, I am eager to observe how established entrepreneurs navigate challenges, make critical decisions, and identify new opportunities. These lessons will be instrumental in shaping my approach as I continue to develop my business idea in urban design and digital tools.

Furthermore, the cultural immersion aspect of the program will foster adaptability and resilience – qualities that are crucial for any entrepreneur. Stepping outside of my comfort zone, engaging with a new business community, and navigating unfamiliar market dynamics will not only enhance my entrepreneurial mindset but also enrich me on a personal level, equipping me with a more nuanced, global perspective on business and design.
