I currently serve as the COO of a rehabilitation clinic in Ukraine. I hold a PhD in Economics, master degree in Public Administration, and my professional journey has always been rooted in healthcare and social impact. My interests lie at the intersection of patient care, operational management and entrepreneurship. I’m passionate about creating systems that help people recover and return to full, active lives. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep interest in how medical services can be delivered more efficiently and accessibly, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation. My passion extends beyond clinical care — I’m equally driven by the challenge of managing healthcare facilities in a way that balances quality, sustainability and innovation.

I decided to participate in the EYE program because I see it as a unique opportunity to receive mentorship and personalized guidance from an experienced entrepreneur. My motivation is rooted in the desire to grow as a business owner by learning directly from someone who has already walked the entrepreneurial path — someone who understands the challenges of starting, managing and scaling a business. I believe that mentorship is one of the most effective ways to strengthen business decision-making, avoid common mistakes and refine a long-term vision. This program provides exactly the kind of focused support and learning environment I am looking for at this important stage of my entrepreneurial journey.

I expect this experience to have a deep impact on both my professional and personal growth. Professionally, it will help me sharpen my strategic thinking, improve my financial and operational planning and strengthen my leadership skills. On a personal level, I see it as an opportunity to grow through exchange, step out of my comfort zone and build connections with like-minded entrepreneurs. I believe that this mentorship-driven experience will help me lay strong foundations for my clinic in Warsaw and lead it toward long-term success.
