My academic path has been anything but linear: I explored different directions before landing in the world of marketing. It was back in 2016 when I first discovered it, and I was immediately fascinated. What drew me in was the perfect balance of technical skills and creative strategy – plus, it’s a field where you never stop learning. That’s exactly what keeps me alive and curious every single day.
Since then, every decision I’ve made – in terms of studies and work – has revolved around this industry. Today, I work in digital marketing and strategic communication, focusing on branding, email marketing and online advertising. I’m an enthusiastic, positive, dynamic person and I always try to bring energy and passion into every project I’m involved in.
I’ve always felt a strong connection with Spain – its spirit matches who I am: passionate, lively, human. I love dancing, cooking, and staying active… so when I heard about the EYE program, I knew it was the right moment to take the leap.
After several years of experience, I’ve decided to launch my own freelance business and become an entrepreneur myself. This program is giving me the opportunity to step outside my comfort zone and grow. Working side by side with an experienced entrepreneur, seeing how a real business is structured and managed, and learning from hands-on projects – it’s a unique chance to evolve both personally and professionally.
I found out about the EYE program by word of mouth – people who had already done it spoke about it with such enthusiasm. And now I get it: it really is a transformative experience.
In these first two weeks in Las Palmas, I’ve been working with Andrea, a knowledgeable and kind host: always open to sharing, explaining, and having meaningful conversations. I’ve also met other members of his team and we’ve already started collaborating on various projects. Every day brings something new, and every exchange helps me grow.
I can’t wait to see what the next few months will bring – but I already know this journey is giving me much more than I ever expected. And this is just the beginning.
