My experience, till now, has been very positive. I have been able to see from the inside, how a Center for Arts and Dance works, while also remaining in streight connection with the activities proposed.
There have been no challenges or difficulties.
I would like to be able to communicate more with the director of the space and learn even better about the management and administrative part of the Center, understand its history and past developments.
I continue to collaborate and learn a lot how to support the proposed activities, and to take care of all the aspects of the development of the center.
I’m also starting to understand the pros and cons and difficulties of the activities proposed.
I like being able to support the team in the conception and management of the activities while always remaining focused on the general progress of the space and thus being able to understand the choices to be made for the maintenance and economic support of the place as well as its visibility.
I see more and more clearly the limits and potential of a similar project.
I see more and more clearly what I want and don’t want to create, what the obstacles may be, at least with respect to a project already started, and what resources may be required to start it.

I notice that I have a lot of freedom in proposing and moving to support the space and this allows me to familiarize myself with this type of work and with the dynamics of collaboration with the team that I have understood to be the founding element of a similar project. Every decision and action is carried out on multiple levels by various professional figures who communicate and collaborate daily.
I am also focusing on the influence of the local culture in which the activities of the center are inserted, in this case the Catalan one.
How to carry out an intercultural artistic exchange project, creating events, classes and artistic residences for both the local population and an international audience while maintaining attention and respect for the local language.
How, in my case, a project that is inserted into the Venetian soil and culture, wanting to maintain all the essential characteristics, can still insert languages and dynamics of event creation that come from foreign cultures?
How much can the proposal of a Center that recovers local traditions and characteristics welcome and import languages and modus operandi from other cultures?
How does the public respond?
How to talk about this kind of content in the socials and with a graphic project?
