I am 25 years old and I have an academic background in Sociology, followed by a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development. My studies allowed me to explore social dynamics, inequalities, and community development, while also gaining knowledge about European policies, project cycle management, and international cooperation.
Over time, my main interest has increasingly focused on European project design and implementation as a concrete tool for social impact. I am particularly passionate about youth empowerment, inclusive education, social innovation, and projects that use education and sport as instruments for community development and sustainability.
Last year, I completed a traineeship in Berlin in the field of European project design. This experience gave me practical insight into Erasmus+ and other EU programmes, including proposal writing, partnership coordination, and project implementation. It confirmed my interest in this sector and motivated me to deepen my expertise, especially in understanding the strategic and entrepreneurial aspects behind managing and developing projects in a sustainable way.
I decided to participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme mainly out of curiosity and a strong desire to grow professionally. I already have experience in European project management, but I want to move to a more advanced level, learning directly from experienced professionals and understanding how to structure a long-term professional path in this field. The opportunity to have another international experience is also very important to me, as I believe intercultural environments are essential for personal and professional development.
I am convinced that this experience will significantly contribute to both my human and professional growth. It will help me strengthen my technical skills, develop a more entrepreneurial mindset, and gain greater autonomy and strategic vision. At the same time, living and working in a new context will challenge me to grow personally, increasing my adaptability, confidence, and capacity to collaborate in multicultural environments.
