Hi! I’m Emanuele Senatore. I started out as a mechanical engineer (studying between Salerno and Bologna), but honestly, my curiosity could never stay boxed inside traditional academic borders. I’ve worked at high levels in additive design and 3D prototyping, teaming up with pioneer companies to build incredibly innovative physical products.
But while getting my hands dirty in these hyper-complex hardware environments, I had a lightbulb moment: you can have the most amazing product in the world, but without a solid ecosystem around it, it goes nowhere. So, I pivoted. I dove headfirst into software development, digital communication, and business automation. Today, my absolute obsession is merging technical precision with digital scalability. I basically treat marketing and software integration like a hyper-optimized “assembly line.” My ultimate goal? To build automated, bulletproof architectures that let businesses scale without losing their minds.
Why I decided to jump into EYE
The idea to join the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program actually started with a tip from a trusted friend who went through it and came out totally transformed. But the real trigger was a visceral need to shake up my own path. Working so much in Italy, I kept hitting a wall of business conservatism that felt way too tight for me. My ambitions and my slightly “disruptive” approach to automation needed a much more dynamic ecosystem to really explode. I didn’t look for this experience abroad just to pin another badge on my CV; I needed a catalyst. I wanted to break out of my geographical bubble and stress-test my vision on a much bigger, international stage.
My human and professional growth in the UK
Being here in the UK has been an insane, eye-opening experience that is literally shifting my perspective. I’ll be totally honest: before leaving, I realized I was spending an absurd amount of energy in Italy just “decoding” people and managing resistance to change, instead of actually building the future.
Here in the UK, I’ve found a balance that makes me feel reborn. Surprisingly, working here feels way less stressful. Not because the standards are lower—the market is actually ruthless—but because the people you deal with are super open to productive dialogue. There’s this incredibly pragmatic focus on innovation and efficiency; nobody wastes time defending the “we’ve always done it this way” mentality.
This is exactly the vibe I needed to step on the gas. I feel like this experience is laying rock-solid foundations for my future while letting me live a super stimulating present. I’m leveling up massively on three fronts: high-tier networking, international positioning, and continuous upgrading. I’m learning how to sell my skills in a mature market and completely upgrading my commercial mindset. On a human level, I’m absorbing so much from this open-minded culture. I know I have a lot to learn, but I also know I have a ton of technical and analytical value to give back every single day. Long story short, this journey is the ultimate bridge turning my “engineering nerd” background into a full 360-degree global entrepreneurial career.
