My name is Jason. I am currently an active student undergoing intensive training at an exceptional dance school, an environment that has completely reshaped my entire perspective on performance art, structural discipline, and creative operations. Through my studies here, I have absorbed an immense amount of technical knowledge and industry insight, which has given me an invaluable, firsthand understanding of the performing arts sector from the inside out. This educational path is not merely about physical execution or mastering choreography; it is a rigorous training ground in spatial awareness, group synchronization, production logistics, and the complex psychology of performance. It teaches an individual how to manage stress under intense pressure, how to adapt instantly to rapidly changing environments, and how to communicate effectively. My studies have provided me with a granular understanding of what performers endure, what they require to succeed, and how the creative ecosystem functions on a daily basis.
My personal interests and professional passions are completely concentrated within the entertainment, dance, fashion, and commercial modeling sectors. I do not view these industries merely as an artist, but rather through the analytical lens of a future business operator. My ultimate career objective is to learn how to launch, scale, and manage a highly successful talent agency that specializes specifically in the comprehensive management, representation, and protection of dancers and models. The creative industries are filled with immense raw talent, but they are frequently undermined by a distinct lack of structured business management, transparent representation, and strategic career coaching for the artists themselves. Far too often, elite dancers and exceptional models lack the organizational backing needed to secure fair contracts, navigate complex international labor laws, or build sustainable, long-term careers that extend beyond their peak physical performance years. My passion is driven by a deep desire to fix this structural gap. I want to build a business that serves as a powerful, reliable bridge between raw creative excellence and structured commercial execution. I am deeply motivated to master the exact entrepreneurial strategies, financial management principles, legal frameworks, and promotional methodologies required to run a sustainable, top-tier agency that can thrive in a highly competitive global marketplace.
My passion for this sector is further reinforced by a substantial and diverse professional history that spans both the elite performing arts and the high-end hospitality sector. For a significant period, from January 27, 2022, through January 31, 2026, I operated as an active professional member of the Popcorn Dancers group based in Dakota, Aruba. This four-year tenure was absolutely foundational to my understanding of the commercial entertainment industry. Being part of an established dance group meant dealing with the stark realities of the industry on a daily basis: rigorous rehearsal schedules, tight production deadlines, stage management, costume logistics, and constant adaptation to different venues and audience demographics. It gave me a perfectly clear view of the collective dynamics of a dance troupe and the specific administrative and logistical challenges that artists face behind the scenes. I saw firsthand how crucial organized management is to the ultimate success of a show and the overall well-being of the performers. When a group lacks structured leadership, schedules fall apart, communication breaks down, and the artistic quality suffers. Conversely, when the management is seamless, the artists can focus entirely on their craft, resulting in an exceptional product. This experience solidified my resolve to transition from the stage to the corporate side of the industry, utilizing my background to provide the empathetic, highly organized management that modern performers drastically need.

In parallel to my artistic career, I have cultivated an extensive background in the premium hospitality and service industries, which has equipped me with an elite suite of interpersonal, managerial, and operational skills. I spent two years, from December 20, 2020, to December 18, 2022, working at the high-end Bruto restaurant in Palm Beach, Aruba. Following this, I expanded my operational knowledge by working at Ling & Sons in Oranjestad from December 23, 2022, to April 23, 2023. Later, I spent a year working within the prestigious, international framework of the Riu Hotel in Palm Beach, from December 10, 2024, to December 18, 2025. Working within these luxury, fast-paced environments allowed me to master client relations, conflict resolution, team coordination, and corporate hospitality logistics under intense pressure. The hospitality sector demands absolute perfection, strict attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse teams while maintaining a flawless public-facing presentation. Whether managing guest experiences at a luxury resort hotel or coordinating high-volume operations at a premium restaurant, I learned how to read people, anticipate needs, and handle complex logistical challenges on the fly. These client-facing and operational skills are directly transferable to the world of talent management. Managing high-profile models and dancers requires the exact same level of diplomacy, meticulous organization, resourcefulness, and client relationship management that I perfected during my years in premium hospitality.
The decision to apply for and participate in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) program was sparked by a mix of focused entrepreneurial ambition, strategic timing, and an ideal recommendation from my personal network. I initially found out about the existence of this project through a close friend who introduced me to the concept. Hearing about the structure of the program—specifically how it pairs aspiring business creators with established, successful hosts in other countries—instantly caught my attention. It became immediately clear to me that the EYE program was not just a generic educational exchange, but the exact practical catalyst I needed to bridge the gap between my current studies at the dance school and my long-term goals as a business founder. I am participating because I recognize that academic study and artistic practice, while vital, cannot replace the raw, real-world experience of watching a successful business owner navigate the daily realities of the marketplace. I am driven by an intense curiosity to see how the theories of business management, client acquisition, and operational scalability are executed in real-time within a mature commercial market.
