I’m Elena, a yung architect, passionate abouy travels, art, cinema, music design, psychology and photograpy.My Host LOCA studio was simply great! Their expertise and interests in international and interdisciplinary approaches to urban environments and architetcure align seamlessly with my personal growth. I’ve been working on developing my business idea MØD Studio, while I was listening and discover LOCA’s approach to the design project and time menagement. I discorver the ERASMUS EYE, thanks to two italians friends who have joined! And I decided to partecipate, to explore new environments and improve my self as a young architect, as well as a human being in the world. By the end of the exchange, the expected benefits are completely satisfied. I have improved a lot both my design and entrepreneurial skills, with a deeper understanding of how to manage and grow a creative practice in architecture and interior design. Studying the site’s location, topography, climate, and surroundings.Brainstorming & Ideation: Generating design ideas through sketches, discussions, and mood boards.Preparing diagrams or storyboards to explain design intent. Architectural Drawings: Producing floor plans, elevations, sections, and axonometric drawings. Creating digital models using software to explore form, structure, and spatial relationships. Discussing design proposals, revisions, and project goals.
I gained valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of an architectural studio, including project management, client communication, and design development processes and a variety of personal benefit to be more self confident in what I’m doing. I had the opportunity to participate in concept design, technical drawing production, and project presentations, which helped me strengthen both my creative and professional skills.
Overall, the experience has enhanced my personal mindset and provided me with the confidence and practical knowledge to develop and manage my own vision. The continuous guidance contributed significantly to achieving the learning so at the end my quotation is excellent!
