During the third and fourth weeks I continued to meet other customers and know other locations, and by speaking with the managers I kept increasing my knowledge. I will make this kind of activities for the whole period, together with the products study.
With Valentina Epifani (secretary) I started a monitoring and uploading work to the software in order to improve the contability management and the warehouse tournover. In this way I managed to start being confident with the computer program SAGE, from which we took out the trimestral balance and put it in an eletronic sheet.
Then, with Stefano Embriaco (manager) we compared the forecasted balance with the actual ones, both the trimestral and semestral.
From this analysis, in which I had the chance to express also my opinion, we valuated all the aspects and then exposed them to the staff, with the aim to improve the communication level and the coordination within the company.
As for the first two weeks, I am definetly satisfied from this expereinece, thanks also to the relationship I’m establishing with the company members.
Unfortunately, my report cannot be more detailed, since the analysis activities we made are strictly private within the organisation.
