In September 2024, I proudly graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing management. Throughout my studies, I developed a deep interest in the creative aspects of marketing, particularly in branding, storytelling, and event management. These areas allow me to merge strategy with creativity, creating unique campaigns and experiences that resonate with audiences. Event management has always fascinated me because it combines organizational skills, creativity and the opportunity to create memorable interactions between people and brands.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I have a passion for exploring diverse cultures, meeting new people, and building meaningful connections. I find inspiration in the blend of local traditions and global perspectives, which also fuels my interest in international marketing. Outside of work, I enjoy creative hobbies such as photography and design, as they allow me to express my ideas in visual formats.
After completing my degree, I faced the classic dilemma of whether to continue my studies with a master’s degree or dive into the professional world. I ultimately decided that gaining hands-on experience and building practical skills in a dynamic environment would be the most rewarding path for me.

Why I Chose the EYE Program
My decision to join the EYE program was shaped by several factors. During an previous internship, I worked closely with Erasmus colleagues who had participated in the program, and their stories inspired me. They described the EYE as an opportunity to immerse oneself in a new culture, gain independence, and develop both personally and professionally.
Their enthusiasm resonated with me because I have always loved traveling and learning about new cultures. The idea of working abroad appealed to me as a way to not only broaden my professional horizons but also expand my personal comfort zone. Building an international network is another motivating factor. In today’s globalized world, having connections across borders is invaluable, and the EYE program offers the perfect opportunity to establish those relationships.
What also attracted me to the program is its focus on practical learning. Unlike traditional internships, EYE allows participants to take on real responsibilities, make meaningful contributions, and truly understand the inner workings of a company. The multilingual aspect of the program was another draw for me, as I look forward to improving my language skills in Spanish and English while working in an international environment.

How This Experience Contributes to My Growth
I believe the EYE program is a transformative opportunity that contributes significantly to both my human and professional development. On a personal level, living and working in a different country builds resilience, adaptability, and self-confidence. Navigating a new environment and collaborating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds fosters open-mindedness and empathy—qualities that enrich every aspect of life.
Professionally, the program provides hands-on experience that cannot be replicated in a classroom. It allows me to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application. I anticipate gaining expertise in marketing strategies, event planning, and international communication. Additionally, working in a multilingual and multicultural environment enhances my ability to adapt and succeed in diverse professional settings.
