I am a Lomi Lomi Nui, massage practitioner and teacher of the Hawaiian therapeutic massage. This is my first trip to Italy, so I am amazed to see how differently people function here compared to Poland. Above all, they are lively, spontaneous, and openly show emotions even in business situations. What amazes me is the fact that they seem to live outside of time. Nowhere on the walls or on electrical appliances (e.g., stoves) are there clocks. This certainly facilitates a flexible approach to reality. Giulia, the person I came here to see, is someone with tremendous energy, very friendly, and extremely helpful and supportive.
My Host studied Chinese Medicine in NYC, has a license to practice acupuncture and owns an Italian Agritourism. We are both very passionate about our work. We constantly look for new inspirations and business offer improvements. I already feel that from this Erasmus program, I will take home not only business skills but so much more.
