The last two weeks of February were dedicated to finishing all the details of the workshop and organising with Zawp’s staff the technical aspects of the event.
During the promotion week, we have received 23 registrations. However, 41 eventually attended.
The event was divided in two parts. In the first part, 7 animated short films have been projected. In the second one, a small workshop of stop motion was carried out.
At the end, the event was a big success and this has aroused the necessary interest in developing a series of future similar events, which is what I was looking for.
Despite the time pressure, I should admit that this experience has given me, through practice, the achievement of a global understanding of how to develop a workshop.
