The weeks from 17 to 30 December I started to follow Andys plan for the hotel. This month we planned to dedicate 3 day per week to go to the hotels and trying to reach a contact who we can offer our products/ services to, such as directors, gym managers etc… After each day I must send a email to this contact and programe a appointment.
I started with 3 of the most important hotels in the south. I started with GF Hoteles that are a group that own and manage hotels like: Suites Victoria (new) 5*, Costa Adeje Gran Hotel 5*, Isabel Family Hotel 4* and Hotel Fañabe 4*. I was able to reach the manager and I spoke directly with him. Luckily this one contact take care of the department for all 4 hotels.
He seems interested in our Service/Product, their gyms are not on the standard espected for a 5* hotel and they see a big added value to our technical service for fixing broken machines and all included in the price and we asure our service visit in less than 24h. This also includes a maintainance service where machines are controled periodically by us.
I also visited other hotels like Gara Suites where Ive been able to locate the person I need to speak to but without a appointment confirmed yet. I also visited Gran Tacande and Tagoro Hotels but the people I spoke to didnt know who took care of that type of demand. Anyways, we will keep on trying!
